  1. Plastic injection molding
    • Injection and Bi-Injection (20 – 220T)

    • Over-molding on metallic or plastic inserts

    • Gas injection

    • Placing inserts

    • Camera monitoring on the product line, labeling

  2. Process optimization

    A quest for excellence in our manufacturing workshops: real time production monitoring system (CAPM, production in batches), standardization of equipment, closed-loop supervision, etc.

  3. Design of molds and production peripherals

    Study phase: design in partnership with the product development teams / process teams within the project groups.

  4. Assembly

    Manual / automatic assembly: Integration of the production run size in the optimization of techniques chosen.

  5. Decoration / Related service
    • Decoration (pad printing, MAC): evolving decoration solutions adapted to the needs of each project (product personalization, operation indicators, etc.)

    • Sleeving, blister packs: kit assembly or complete assembly of customer packaging.

 

While strictly following the specifications, PureLab Plastics undertakes the mass production of plastic parts  in its molding workshop equipped with 28 plastic injection molding machines (with 20-220 metric tons clamping force) including 15 electric injection molding machines.

The plastic parts for pharmaceutical and medical equipment are produced in clean rooms meeting ISO 8 and ISO 7 standards and the traceability of plastic components and assembled products is guaranteed using an ERP system that ensures our quality procedures.
